So classy! My mother used to make cakes like this, and I used to help with the line decorations, because my mom couldn't get a good line of icing out of the bag!
@rareyellowdiamond I think it's a white chocolate ganache, at least that's what a white chocolate ganache looks llike when i made it :) Made just like a milk chocolate ganache.

The glazing is made with a white chocolate paste called Chocoform and especially created by Grand-Place Chocolate company to get this mirror effect
