If I had to pick who to have more info on and have more airtime, be shown more and shown more abilities and jutsus of his, I would want to see Kotetsu Hagane. Also I would like to see Zetsu, theres nothing really about him like his jutsus, but if you don't know who Kotetsu is, he's the guy with the white strip of tape on his nose, he was using genjutsu blocking the door to the chuunin exam, and also was there when shikamaru and asuma and them vs hidan and kakuzu.. look him up :)
