OMG!!!! i remember seeing this play sooo long ago.....in san fran i think........this play was soooo breathtaking clapped & cheered sooo hard and i almost passed out in the theater!! :D
I watched this!! I had goose bumps from the moment the curtain was up..... through the interval and on the 3 hour drive home afterwards..... absolutely AWESOME (That was a decade ago and watching this still had the same effect) xxxx
This was the best show in the west end I went to go see it on Wednesday and it was fab even made me cry. I strongly recomend people to go see this any age any gender will enjoy this breath taking experience.
The very first time I cried at a musical, i remember, it was on a trip with my mother and my sister to NY, it was my birthday present, going to see "THE LION KING", and i started crying of happines, when Rafiki started singing and some persons came out with some birds, its so hard to describe, and me singing in spanish all the songs, and saying all the dialogs, its a magical experience
Saw it two days ago in london. the performance was simply brilliant! it was my favorite movie when I used to be a child and brought back so many good memories! I enjoyed every second and got choked up.. thank you so much for an amazing evening!
The best musical ive been to, the magic in the singing as they walk through the crowd in costumes is not only captivating, but it immerses you into the action. TTotally recommend it, any age or gender.
Spent the weekend in London with the Mrs ad have to say this was the most memorable expereince i have ever had whilst visiting London, acting, story line and atmosphere was just incredible, well worth it and a must see for all.
The most amazing thing I've seen in my entire life...I get to see this in 2 months then I'm jetting off to Africa to see the real thing. It'll be a thing of epic proportions!
I saw this with my mom for her birthday. Seriously epic. I will never forget this as long as I live. It's so AMAZING! I want to see it again so badly!
Even with this one little clipping from this show, I was brought to tears. Such power! Such imagination! I grew up with the lion king franchise as a whole, and after eleven years since I first experienced it, I see more and more from it, it becomes more powerful as I grow older, and the more I grow, the more I am affected by it. When I see such beauty in art, I know that there is indeed a god in heaven compelling select few people to create beauty like this. Thankyou so very much!!!
I waited 11 years to see this show in London and it was definately worth the wait when I saw it in June this year. The Lion King is my favourite film ever and seeing it on stage was an experience I'll never forgot. I cried like 3 times and no musical I've seen has done that to me and I've seen a lot of shows. I'd reccomend EVERYONE see this show. It's just brilliant!
I wanna see this soooooooooooooo bad!!!!! I just want to hop on a plane to Las Vegas and see this piece of magic!!!!! I think tht all kids should see this so they actually see walts magic come alive!!!!!
ohhh i swear the 3 pll who thumbsed this down must have been dropped on there dang heads when they was a baby CAUSE THE LION KING IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST!!!
I love how regal Mufasa and Sarabi look, so defined and royal. :)) And it also looks very regal and mature at the end with Simba and Nala :)) LOVE THE LION KING!! <3
I got goosebumps watching this. The songs, and the costumes and the dancing is fantastic and the puppets are genius. I saw the original in the west end when i was 6, and i can still remember everything.
