Clearing toilet of "obstruction" = changing a baby's diaper or nursing your kid while he's/she's sick and crapping/throwing up. So IMHO 'Who would think of doing something so disgusting?'...is somebody who is an adult or a parent or both.

I had to undress my ex-wife in the shower (vomit) and take a shower with her bathing her like a dead body (passed out) and dress and put her to bed, then deal with the FUNKY clothes. (yucky x 1K)

So yeah...I'd 'clear that obstruction'...no problemo.

@ailsdb That scene for this toilet part is available in the PC version of SH3 it requires you to have completed SH2 and change the registry for SH2 so that SH3 can pick it up and know it's installed. Silent Hill 2 puts the wrong registry that SH3 looks for in windows, if ya know what I mean I did it a while back but now I have to complete Silent Hill 2 again haven't gotten round to it.

@ailsdb I found the old article that was written by this guy "boblecon1096" silenthillforum (dot) com (slash) viewtopic (dot) php?p=38925 search for the word registry on this page and you should find it he explains fully what I meant you have to create a new registry key and name it Silent Hill2 instead, also the SH2 savedata apparently have to go in your SH3 savedata folder, this guy will explain it hope this helps.
