I'm sending my daughter off to college for the first time and I am giving her this. It's the first time we have ever been separated for this long and where she is totally on her own.

The song is tremendous - and the graphics only enhance it! So well done! I am touched and impressed- wish I could buy this video and play it for everyone!

I'm not sure if any of you have heard this story, but a few years ago, a man commited suicide on the Golden Arch Bridge. They found his suicide note and it said, "I'm going to jump off the bridge. If anybody smiles at me along the way, I won't jump." Nobody smiled and the man died. You never know whose life you can be saving just by small, kind gestures. Try to do something nice to the people around you today. It is the smallest things that make the biggest differences.
A friend of mine was killed in a car wreck last night.. him & 3 other sophomores were on their way to a bonfire & were t-boned on the way there. Bryn was on the side that took the worst of it & he died last night. The other 3 are fine..
But the loss of Bryn is a lot.. even though I didn't know him the best, but wish I'd known him better..
I'm dedicating this song to Bryn & the families of them all, & to all friends that lost Bryn. He's watching over us now<3

The bible says alot of things I disagree with. A real god wouldn't care if I believed in him or jesus. A real god would want me to live my life to the fullest without worrying weather or not I have offended him. The only reason i'm still here today is because I was told that people who commit suicide go to hell, that and a bit of luck.
@charlegamer I don't know who has been telling you these things, but they are not found in the bible. The truth is you don't have to go around worrying if you offended God or not; He loves you unconditionally, and wants you to come to Him as you are with any prolbems or sins you have on your sholders. God is the one that lifts the sins off of you. In Romans chapter 5 Paul calls it "the free gift", a gift of Love from God to us.
@charlegamer You must understand God Loves you no matter what happends. In Isaiah 41:13 we read "For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee." God is there for you no matter what. you must understand that there are EVIL men and women on this earth who pervert the teachings of the bible for there own proposes and traditions. This is why we have many different denominations of Christianity. some are closer to the truth than others!

In the years since I’ve come to love God with all my heart and see my life and the lives of others as infinitely valuable. God helped me put my life back together and I’m happier now than I have ever been. He can do the same for you as well!
@charlegamer When you talk about being punished for the sins of your ancestors you are talking about a complex theory know as “Original sin.” Original sin is a complex theological theory with some very big problems. Namely when you factor in Jesus into the equation Original sin becomes illogical. Jesus was the spotless Lamb of God and “knew no sin” (2 Corinthians 5:28). Our sins were laid on Him, but He never sinned or did anything worthy of death.

It's weird... I'm Christian, but there are some Christians out there that just make my blood boil. You know the ones: They boycott gay marriage, they can't watch Star Wars, they ban evolution in schools, etc... So why are those Christians so "holier-than-me"? @guitarmniac my friend pretty much quoted the chorus for me on Monday. she and I were starting a lunchtime club for Christian youth at my school. I was so nervous...this is literally the exact advice she gave me, and as far as I know she doesn't know the song. playing it ofr her right now. what a gift.

God is all round us, and there is no way anyone, even a family of buddhist have not witnessed God's creation... if they dont believe that God created it, then thats there own fault... and thus it is damning their souls to hell... the only way the moral code of...
conduct does usually apply is in the most remote villages in jungles and such where people have never ever heard of God or the bible... thats where it all aplies. But if a Buddhist family hasnt ever heard of God or the Bible and didnt know that God created the whole world... and he follows every law of the code of conduct in his heart then he will be accepted into heaven because managed to obey all of them. but if he hears about God and the bible and doesnt chose to believe then he's hell bound.

@charlegamer Aw that's not it at all.The only way you wouldn't go to heaven is if you didn't believe in Jesus Christ and what he did for us.I'm very sorry if some1 made u believe these things.You don't have to make up for sins because God forgives you if u ask for it.God did do right but he gives us free will that is why they sinned and everyone continues to sin that's why his love is so great because he forgives us anyway.He made hell for the devil and he is leading us but only if u'll let him.

@Isinganddance4God What did Jesus do for us? As far as I know we were alive before he showed up and nothing really changed after.
The bible says alot of things I disagree with. A real god wouldn't care if I believed in him or jesus. A real god would want me to live my life to the fullest without worrying weather or not I have offended him. The only reason i'm still here today is because I was told that people who commit suicide go to hell, that and a bit of luck.

@charlegamer I don't know who has been telling you these things, but they are not found in the bible. The truth is you don't have to go around worrying if you offended God or not; He loves you unconditionally, and wants you to come to Him as you are with any prolbems or sins you have on your sholders. God is the one that lifts the sins off of you. In Romans chapter 5 Paul calls it "the free gift", a gift of Love from God to us.

@charlegamer You must understand God Loves you no matter what happends. In Isaiah 41:13 we read "For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee." God is there for you no matter what. you must understand that there are EVIL men and women on this earth who pervert the teachings of the bible for there own proposes and traditions. This is why we have many different denominations of Christianity. some are closer to the truth than others!

@charlegamer As far as suicide goes, I can tell you that I have been there myself, and that God kept me from making a big mistake. In the years since I’ve come to love God with all my heart and see my life and the lives of others as infinitely valuable. God helped me put my life back together and I’m happier now than I have ever been. He can do the same for you as well!

@charlegamer When you talk about being punished for the sins of your ancestors you are talking about a complex theory know as “Original sin.” Original sin is a complex theological theory with some very big problems. Namely when you factor in Jesus into the equation Original sin becomes illogical. Jesus was the spotless Lamb of God and “knew no sin” (2 Corinthians 5:28). Our sins were laid on Him, but He never sinned or did anything worthy of death.

It's weird... I'm Christian, but there are some Christians out there that just make my blood boil. You know the ones: They boycott gay marriage, they can't watch Star Wars, they ban evolution in schools, etc... So why are those Christians so "holier-than-me"? Is it because they hate all the right things, but I don't? Why is it there are Christians out there who ban everything, then there's Christians like me? Maybe I'm just cool like that...

Yes, this is an awesome song. My daughter is going through a tough time right now. I too, feel her pain. I had no words to comfort her, but this song came to me this morning after church. I am emailing beautiful video to her in hopes of bringing some peace to her heart.

@guitarmniac my friend pretty much quoted the chorus for me on Monday. she and I were starting a lunchtime club for Christian youth at my school. I was so nervous...this is literally the exact advice she gave me, and as far as I know she doesn't know the song. playing it ofr her right now. what a gift.

PLUS I talked to a girl in my school choir, and another girl who was interested in the club the first time we tried to hold it in our church basement. more in another comment.

This song says something that we as Christians should not forget. Sometimes it's very hard to stand up for our beliefs because it often seems that others choose to persecute us for them. But we should rest in the strength of the Lord, for he is mightier than anyone who comes against us.

Stop going to church for gods sake! They just want your money they want to cause bloodshed. Can you stomach that there are people in this world that are trying to corrupt souls so they go to the void? The corrupted will be given a second chance.

Do not bind yourself to the teachings of one religion! In the christian bible it says to not worship "false gods" What about those born into a family of Buddhists? Are they damned to hell for there innocence? NO! We are all judged by who we were in the end not by what religion we chose to follow. Just my 2cents

God is all round us, and there is no way anyone, even a family of buddhist have not witnessed God's creation... if they dont believe that God created it, then thats there own fault... and thus it is damning their souls to hell... the only way the moral code of...

conduct does usually apply is in the most remote villages in jungles and such where people have never ever heard of God or the bible... thats where it all aplies. But if a Buddhist family hasnt ever heard of God or the Bible and didnt know that God created the whole world... and he follows every law of the code of conduct in his heart then he will be accepted into heaven because managed to obey all of them. but if he hears about God and the bible and doesnt chose to believe then he's hell bound.
