actually i would not buy that heavy of a tension band!! i find that band resistance is actually harder than real weight lifting. so i do 70lb dumbbell presses and would probly do 60 lb band resistance...so i would probly suggest around like 40 lb resistance bands maybe 50 if you think you'll be able to handle it and build up to it becoming easier. should probly ask a pro fitness adviser or someone more official though. just to be safe about spending your money since it can be expensive!!!
whats the lb tension on that? im considering buying a superheavy which is 50 - 72lbs of resistance. im too weak for that in dumbells, but im expecting the bands to me easier since the tension varies with the distance. what do u think? should i go for less or buy the superheavy? i cant curl anywhere near 50 or do dumbell bench with 50s in each arm
