It's the glitch with the All Battle Cards cheat. Supposedly, the game had data for every card in the game to technically be called a Standard, White, Mega, or Giga card.

What's strange is that the cheat also gives Battle Card versions of the three Big Bang Forces. However, if you try to add them to your Folder, the game won't recognize them as in your Folder and say you don't have 30 Cards.

Reason is because the Big Bangs are Counter Cards, which don't count towards your Card Total.
