It's a Sun Dog. They are all Sun Dogs/reflections in double glazed windows. These are perfectly normal atmospheric effects.
Please, if you film these then rotate the camera whilst focused on the sun. If the image of Nibiru moves then it's not Nibiru. If it stays the same then there's questions we need answering.
But, a blurry, prism-like effect in the cirrus clouds is a normal Sun Dog and nothing more.

Sundogs are created by sunlight passing through ice crystals in the upper atmosphere.
The light is reflected and refracted in such a way that it appears as if there are lights at 22 degrees on either side of the sun.
Google "sundogs" and you'll find out a lot more about them, and other interesting atmospheric phenomena
