I just bought a box of Khorne Bezerkers and was horrified to find the old crummy looking power packs (backbacks) did you get the same type of backpack?
They come with those backpack. In my opinion, although its just me, the power packs offer different varieties to the Khorne Bezerkers (Own some myself). So I model them and convert four Khorne Bikers with the Khorne Bezerkers sprue.
it doesnt its a close combat weapon, i have been collecting chaos 2 years and 40k for 4 years i know the rules i have the new codex and ive read the rules plus if it gave an ork a 4+ save that would be very bad... for you. no offence i like ur stuff but you should get the rulebook if you dont have it and read it from cover to cover.

it dos give it a 4+ armour save if the their save is lower, but it dont change anything on a higher save like 5 or 6

chain axes dont do that to armour saves, armor saves rely on the thing it says in the model stat lien in the codex
