I FOUND THE FUKING PROBLEM! I WAS USING A WESTERN DIGITAL (DG) ON MY COMPUTER.. SO I DECIDED TO REMOVE IT .. AFTER THAT I HOOKED UP MY XBOX360 HARD DRIVE.. OPENED XPLORER360 AND IT WORKED!

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE DISABLED USER ACCOUNT CONTROL (UAC). AND RUN XPLORER 360 AS ADMINISTRATOR.

hey man, im using a 20gb hdd and my transfer cable, i've tried both xport360 and xplorer360, xplorer360 keeps coming up with "could not find a FATX drive to open" or something. I've tried what you sayd here, i've disabled UAC and i've ran it as admin and it still doesn't work :( any help ?

EVERYONE LISTEN. just go in the folder of the download. drag the .dll file into xplorer 360. then it will open. it dosent have to be on your desktop. i dont no what he was talkin about.

@Sequan09 i have connected the xbox with the pc with ethernet cable my hard drive is 120gbs and i have xbox 360 elite!

It seems like the problem is you are connecting your 360 with the ethernet cable, you can get the files with the ethernet cable, that is unless its J-tagged, and in that case you need an updated program.

i have windows 7, and i just tried a bunch of different sites, and got a couple of viruses, but eventually, i got xplorer 2 work, idk how though, but its fine w/ out doing any of the stuff u did.

I'm sure I can fun another way, I'm just busy with other things.. How about tomorrow I make another way just for you? With no viruses...

Well first check to make sure the Drive is secured properly, and also if it gives you an error try unplugging the the cord and replugging it in while the program is running(but not while its reading though..)

hey man, sorry. still cant get xport to work on vista, so a bit pissed lol. Do you know a solution? When i try and drag a file into a folder i created on xport, it says not enough space, its only 9mb and I have a 60gb
