1: The Palm Islands viewed from the air are breathtaking and beautiful, a MASTERPIECE.

2: The residences on the palm islands are pieces of dry SHIT. Where's all the greenery we were promised in the concept art? The open spaces with trees? It looks like low-income rowhomes in any city of the world. Cookie-Cutter anyone???

3: A tidal wave in a poor country destroys billions of dollars in development. How much more so in Dubai? The islands may survive, but all else will be wiped.
