I've read that summary, and it is pretty substanceless. With exception to those things that Obama has already proposed (and I suppose those things that rape the environment). Even the balancing the budget section only proposes to save 400 billion over the next 7 years (5% of the deficit). That is with almost all of the savings coming from asking all departments to cut spending 5% i.e. not explaining what they are actually cutting.

Thats no solution.

Not saying that the republicans are the party of no ideas but most of the time all the republicans have done last year was just bashing everything the dems was trying to put through into action. Perhaps there was miscommunication within the republican party about their proposals. It was surprising for me to know that they did indeed have a plan on the big issues that was presented.
