I'm sure Officer Bubbles--er Quagliano-- did not mean to make the horse step on my brother's head, but these things happen when you use a large, dumb animal to scare civilians on foot. the plastic surgery usually needed for facial injury. is for the skull bones not the skin. i had my face stomped once too. on the outside was just a little bruise and some swelling but my cheek bone was severely shattered and it healed remarkable fast after it was treated. but that's besides the point. this is a vet who fought for freedom. he has every right to be herd. you are disgraceful if you think nothing is wrong with the way he was treated.
