Well in a over view you can't 1 shot it the first time around i'm sure guilds practice over 1-3 weeks before 1 shotting or gearing to it.

So it's not like you can get geared after you made your first character in WoW as well and be from lvl 1 - 80 in 2 days and say i'm in full T 10 and know how to play right? It just takes time and for some longer and others less depending on guild and play time as well skill of class useage.
