there are 2 types of muscle red and white red is for power and white is for continuessly moving so if u have lots of white muscle u are better in holding on in one movement and when u have lots of red muscle u can lift a certain amount of weight only for 4 or 5 times but it is like a build order what do u want to do? wanna show some muscle u start doing the heavy weights wanna have condition u start doing constant light weights over a longer period.
