Thanks for sharing ...I used visine for like 2-3 yrs, and I loved it!! But guess what?? i DISCOVERED SOMETHING BETTER!!! I mixed the remaining of the Visine I had (or you can use just purified water) and is a lot better! You know why? because glycerin gives a little more creaminess/moisture to the pigments or eyeshadows, and prevents them to get flaky after they dry.. And they stay longer!!! iT'S really awesome. thnx again for the tips
no, glycerin is a humectant oil-like but not greasy (????!!!!) that is suuuuuuuper concentrated they sell it @ drugstores but its cheaper @ walmart (near alcohol) like 2.98 for 6 oz (huuuge for the concentrated it is) for mixing medium you mix 3 parts water 1 part glycerin and put it in a dropper, or for like mac fix+ kinda thing (to put after your mineral makeup or just refreshing/humectant mist) I used 5 parts water 1 glycerin and I am loving it.. I am planning to use rose water next time..
