very beautiful. i pity them that dont know don williams. i always introduce people and my friends to don williams because i wish them the best of life. don williams is the good life one should have
One of our most under rated songs...beautifully done by Don, but written by Dave Loggins, who also gave us Pieces of April and Please Come to Boston. Love for the songwriters...
This is pure heaven...wut a voice...makes me wonder along with George Jones "whos gonna wear their shoes" today you gotta be hot n near perfect lookin to sing country music...wut about the greats such as Vern Gosdin, Mearl Haggard, George Jones, Ronnie Milsap? They arent the greatest looking or flashy, but they have heart and sing like Southern Angels....its sad...George Strait aint gonna be around forever...
i miss my stepdad field... he been dead since 1999... he would be 71 ... my mom plays him as if he was never there i wish she see him... how i do.. he played this album and the traces album... makes just wish life could stay still preserve what u got goin at home. but it doesnt and that is hard to think that in the future i wont have a mom thanks future yea right... he loved me... i was his fav person. we would sit down and talk about everything in his life and stuff i miss helpin him out.
Actually, you were a bit too proper with the song title. Dave Loggins didn't put a 'g' on the end of 'goin''. Anyway, Don hit #3 in Billboard, 4-12-86. God bless!

Straight from the heart. Goes straight to your heart. What a beautiful song. I had heard this when I was small.
