I'm pretty sure after you get a phone replaced 3 times and you say something to verizon, they let you switch to a different phone (ex: env 3, or samsung reality, etc).

My friend trevor had his env touch replaced 3 times because he hated it and verizon let him get a brand new env 3

Batteries usually come with a charge when you get them of at least 30%. So, i probably charged for about 3 hours the first time. But when dead, this battery needs to be charged for 4-5 hours

Nope. The bulk of the battery actually makes the phone easier to hold in your palm, so if anything it actually feels better with the bigger battery

yeah this phone really isnt that great im on my 3rd or 4th env touch in like 3 months and the one i have right now is kinda messing up too and i dont even drop it or anything like that and the battery life is horrible unless you have that extended battery im sure

1500mah capacity takes about 5 hours to charge. I'm a heavy user and i only need to charge it about once every 4 days.

Haven't messed with invisisheild and i have a mirrored screen protector i can't see in direct sunlight

I use a privacy screen protector that works perfect. it doesn't catch glare and you can only see it from straight on and not from the left or right of the phone. only downside is it dims the brightness of the screen a bit, but nothing you can't get used to

i bought this phone 1st day it came out.i need a extended battery. i previously was using my lg voyager and i had the extended battery with that. and it lasted 4ever as well.

but using this battery you won't be able 2 use the snap on cases.thats the bad part.
