@PsyShiver it was released exclusively on the Elekrep website for free years ago. Now the website is down but I think you can find some torrents of it.

the producer of Elekrep is Jaakko Itä-Aho. Go check the credits on Picture This... Jaakko brought the Mack back to Dawg Films.
