If you're thinking of destabilised states with nuclear weapons, then the example you're looking for is Pakistan, a regime steadily losing control over most of its own territory.

I'll be forced to fight if war breaks out between South and North Korea even though I finished my 2 year military service in army long time ago
It sucks to be korean I'm still lucky though compared to North Korean kids. they spend 12 years in army which is even more suck
