The Aqua Boogie tour was supposed to support the Motor Booty Affair album I think? One of the characters from that album was Mr Wiggles, but since he's supposed to be Starchild / Dr Funkenstein in Mothership Connection, it looks like he's removed the "tail" of the worm costume.

Mr.Wiggle the worm, is the character hes dressed as. I can tell you first hand, the stage show & elaborate costumes was like seeing a funk opera
