Yuri, I've just tried interval training on my treadmill. I went for a 3 mile run outside today and had to get my husband to come and pick me up after 2 miles. My legs were so heavy. I'm going to take your advice and cherish my rest days xx
Merry Christmas Yuri..I just wanna thank u for actually helping me..i never knew about interval training until i came upon ur channel..Now i have lost 7kg thanx to u..i was a very active person but the last one yr i wasnt into exercise much which eventually made me pack on the pounds..now im back in shape..and im really glad dat u r helping ppl out there..Wishing u the very best in 2012 nd hoping to c more videos..take care..God bless!!!
