He was the only reason I watched this show, then I changed the channel... Don't look at me like that, I was still getting over him leaving Doctor Who.
lol-my parents watch channel 8 alot so it was on one night when a commercial for this came on. I happened to look at the screen when Tennant came on. I was like omg its David Tennant!!!!! He played Doctor Who!!!!!1 My mom stared at me weird...
The funny thing is when they showed this, the only part I enjoyed was seeing and hearing David Tennant. And with the rest of the show, I was like, "meh whatever."
@ForeverFalling09 - It's a show in the USA on the Public Broadcasting Station (PBS). They show a lot of British shows (thank heaven) and they have Masterpiece Mystery, such as new Miss Marple episodes, Contemporary (meaning current British shows) and Masterpiece Classic, usually BBC adaptions of classic literature, like "Little Dorrit."
Wait, when will this air on my local PBS station? As an American without cable, I'll take any chance to get the good Doctor on my television screen that can get!
i love this i just took a district test at school and i had to read a short story about mandella and answer questions about it and now divid is talking about him
David Tennant is so.... umm... Im lost for words...Thanks for putting this up this doesnt show in Australia neither does Doctor Who or any other English program so I find it hard to see David on episodes and stuff ( mutters off angrily)
As a lifelong PBS watcher from childhood on, that "Viewers Like You" line is something I have literally grown up with. So DT saying it makes it a trillion times better! And on a LOCAL station? *squee*
Knowing his views on apartheid (very much against) Its no surprise he's doing this true stories and the human condition. very David Oh and to make you jealous USA fan girls, when I said to him "Oh David, Loves Labour's Lost was just enchanting, so beautiful ... thank you so much .. he replied, to me, to my face, looking into my eyes .... no .. Thank Yoo - for coming to see us ... as he signed my programme at Stratford on Avon. I melted ... and had to stop myself from grabbing him!! hehehe!!
He even sounds amazing just saying "this program is made possible by contributions made by viewers like you" line. I'm pretty convinced David could sell me anything *gets check book ready*
I don't understand all of you and "murder." I love it when he says "you," I think that's one of the words where his accent shows the most. God, I wish he'd do more here in the US.
Thank you for uploading this. This man can do no wrong. I love that even while narrating, his face is so expressive. I think that's one reason he's so much fun to watch.
you're welcome! ...and THAT is EXACTLY the reason the Infinite Quest animation was a FAIL - because as i was watching it i was having a mental meltdown yearning for the facial expressions that the animation was NOT providing for the Doctor!!!
Wow! It's amazing to think that last night so many American's tuned in to watch this, not knowing who David is. Lucky them for having the chance to fall in love with David for the first time! Jealous! :)
It's a PBS (Public Broadcasting) series of british television films that take place is more contemporary times. We have Masterpiece Mystery which shows things like Inspector Lewis, Miss Marple. And we have Masterpiece Classics that show British TV films based on classic books (Dickens, Austen, Shakespeare, etc).
I watched MC earlier! Thanks for uploading this! I never tire of watching this gorgeous man! I just love hearing that beautiful Scottish accent of his!
