Developers create a system (an environment with a set of rules and properties), they don't create juggles. Probably they didn't know this is possible, or maybe they do, I don't know.
yes it would work because CHb+4 you have a 50% chance to get jap combo after b+1+4 little characters like auska ling julia etc. big characters paul DVJ bob you have like 75% chance of hiting that combo

No, it is not techable and guaranteed 100%. However, the wall ender (4,3,4,3) before the ground break connects only on Kuma.

2 (of d/f+1,2) doesn't work on NORMAL characters.
95% damage combo vs Normal Character
b+4(ch),b+1+4,u/f+4,d/f+1,f+2,d/f+3,2,1+4,ws+1,1+2,(wall),d+3,4,3,(wall break),d/f+1,2,f+1+2
this is probably most dameged combo worked on normal character.
