Hard to read script font. Goofy music. Too much information on each slide. Slides move too fast. Bad implementation of acronyms. No speaker... Why not just write blog post somewhere instead of wasting 15 frames per second of video time? I could have skimmed it a lot faster to get the gist.
I think your system is fairly decent, but I would ideally support the Condorcet method. Pragmatically though, I think the goal should be to use approval voting for open non-partisan primaries and have the top two go to the general election. Approval voting is easy to understand and it wouldn't require buying new voting machines which might be an obstacle for implementing a new voting system.
I'm a liberal atheist and judging from your profile we are probably very different politically. I think that we can both agree though that one of the most important things we can do is get rid of plurality voting. There should be a PAC or third party that is dedicated solely to this issue. People like us would need to agree to vote for candidates that support getting rid of plurality regardless of what other issues that candidate supports.

Another thing we should have is official message boards that candidates for office can debate from throughout the campaign.

Great info but next time PLEASE do no use script font for this type of video. It's harder to read than serif or sans-serif font! :)
