  • isnt that where the black lady was? the hige fully scaled black mirror which is sadly now dead?

  • looked a great water too....pity

  • with all do respect carp do put up good fights and are fun to catch but i still wish i could stick some of those with my bowfishing bow lol:) but nice vid man some good carp! those were common right??

  • what bait did you use? because i am going fishing for 2 large koi carp and they didnt seem to like the shiner or sunfish i even used some bread but it didnt work so i need some help

  • this wouldn't be near orageville or Alton would it?

  • I make boilies with 1/3 cup of flour, 1/3 cup of cornmeal(or cornmuffin mix), 2 eggs, and a pack of strawberry koolaide or strawberry jello. Look this up on YouTube, how to make strawberry boilies(the name of the vide is how to make carp bait. It's by royboy1993.

  • ow that not good=/

  • nice musik nice fish:))))))))

  • why ''rip''?

  • The syndicate no longer exists, along with the fish I suspect. Last time I heard anything it had very little water in :-(

  • mill pond Uckfield?

  • No, Mill Pond near Lyndhurst, Hampshire....

  • Here, in Kentucky, carp are classed as "rough fish" and have no limit. Very few people fish for them and almost none with a rod. They can be gigged or speared in the spring, taken with bow and caught on jug lines, my preference. The meat on there backs is very red and must be thrown away, also the lateral line down their sides. The rest is very white and quite good when filleted and fried coated in cornmeal. The largest here are 40 - 50 lbs. Much larger in Ohio and Mississippi rivers.

  • carp do fight good what are you on about

  • if there big they fight the hole time but if you got a 0-5 pounder they ussaly give up half way in

  • Go and take a 5 pounder that hasn't ever been caught then you'll know what a fight is.

  • nice fish. did you catch them on worms or did you use a type of carp bait?

  • Caught on boilies :-)

  • whats that?

  • Boilies are a carp bait that is made from paste which contains eggs. These are rolled into balls & boiled - hence the name. Available in many many flavour combinations & very effective.

  • what are boiles?

  • Boilies are boiled paste fishing baits, usually combinations of fishmeals, milk proteins, bird foods, semolina and soya flour, which are mixed with eggs as a binding agent and then boiled to form hardish round baits which will last in the water. Additional flavourings and attractors are also usually included in the mix. The round shape allows the baits to be catapulted accurately when fishing at range ; )

  • love how big carp get but they're not much when it comes to fighting

  • lol carp not much when it comes to fighting? what are you talking about, i expect you either no nothing about them or are simply trying to get reactions from others or arguments, either way it makes you an idiot. They are one of the hardest fighting fresh water species, Hence why so many love to fish for them. In the uk anyway!

  • lovely fish at 1.54. shut up twat, does it really matter what music it is. toss pot

  • A great video and a very nice Carp! 30+ was an awesome fish, Feel free to check out our videos and subscribe cheers - Hookedupfishing!

  • WOW

  • lovely fish ehh

  • how big is the mirror in 1:21

  • The fully-scaled went just over 22lb. A real stunner :-)

  • how big is the carp on 1:58 coz it looks lush

  • The linear? Only a pup, didn't weigh it. Probably 5-7lbs at a guess. A very pretty fish.... wonder where it is now.... and how big...

  • got to agree with seabass carp fishing is all about peace serenity and relaxing,so why does everyone put this poxy banging house music with vids. great vid crap tunes

  • Please see the video response I have posted above. Possibly more to your taste? Tight lines.... Kev

  • is this the mill pond in oyster bay, NY

  • No my friend, this Mill Pond is in Hampshire, UK.

  • hi was just wdonering where this was in hampshire i reconise it from when i was at sparsholt college. When you put r.i.p have they stopped the syndicate as I couldnt find any information on the lake/syndicate if you could send me any details about it would be much apreciated.

  • The lake is just outside Lyndhust. Sadly the syndicate is no-more & the last time I heard the lake was in fact empty with no fish left......

  • Wats is the music on the movie? Eric Prydz - Proper Education but wath remix ??

  • some lovely fish there. why do so many carp anglers like dodgy house music? weird...

  • That common held at the end looks like a stunning fish to catch! That'd go down nicely in my net next weekend =P

Shame you didn't quite tilt it to the camera enough to get all the shape and colours in but nevermind.

  • Shame you didn't get to see all the photo's & video of this.... This is an edited version of a much longer event... plenty of perfect 'shape and colours'!? But nevermind....?

  • As you were holding the fish it looked as though it was slightly bowled (belly pointing to the camera, not held upright). We would of seen the colours along the flank better if you had. Well done and nice vid.

  • wow that looks like a nice place, great fish, well chunky

  • thats mill pond in the new forest isnt it? ive fished there a couple of times, didnt think there was anything in there like those fish, that fully scaled is very pretty.all i caught were tiny commons.

also got caught by the EA without a rod licence about 15 years ago...lol

  • Yes, its the very same place! There were some decent fish in there whilst the syndicate was in place. The largest being the 30lb+ common in the video. The fully scaled & ghostie were both over 20lb and there was several other fish around the 20-25lb bracket. It was a lovely quiet place with a great bunch of guys - such a shame it was ruined by the idiot that supposedly 'ran' the place. I understand now there is no fishing at all & the fish have all magically dissapeared. I still miss the place!

  • do you know mark p,young lad on the syndicate,i say young,he was 18ish at the time,im good mates with him, he used to take me.he used to fish with his mate steve,he was on the syndi til about 2 years ago i think.

    anyway,nice vid

  • nice fish
