@cessnaunistar That's awesome and all, but have you seen the "Broken, Beat And Scarred" page ? It has no highlighted words, and the image has nothing to do with the lyrics. I think the baby image fits with "Cyanide", but I believe they just got some pictures that were more of,angry,shocking, in-your-face, than to match the lyrics. Just an opinion though.

German Soup is a clever word play. The Germans would give high ranking Nazi Officers cyanide pills in case they were captured. If they were captured they would swallow the cyanide pills, thus killing themselves to insure the protection of top secret nazi secrets. Thus, Cyanide is German Soup.

agreed. Did you ever watch the Classic Albums documentary on The Black Album? Metallica's demos had the lyrics, "Wah-Nah-Nah" throughout, and Hetfield jokingly says "Those were the original lyrics, you guys just didn't like them." So yup, and I gotta agree. Remember st.
