  • @BandedB Thanks B, I think I will do week 1 again next week, just to ease into it a bit. Good idea!

  • @melijean36 Thank you so much!

  • Yay....... you go girl!!!! Just as long as your head is always in the game, youre gonna get to where you want to go in no time!!!!! I'm routing you on!!!!! =) Cindy

  • @CinThruThickNThin Thanks for being my cheerleader Cindy! My head is definitely in the game, I just gotta convince my ass to be in it too! haha :)

  • LOL, this will probably be embarrassing to admit, I have NO IDEA what the average speed should be. I have a heart rate monitor that I wear and i was going by my heart rate and how I felt...anyway, I was walking at about 3.2-3.5 and then jogging 4.1-4.3. I'm 5'5" and have short legs (sexy!) so for me that was totally busting ass. I know it'll get easier as I go along and my speed will increase and my heart rate will be harder to get up, but tonight my heart rate averaged 145 and maxed out at 177.

  • Huzzah!! :D Go Christine!! How fast were you walking?? 408 calories in 30 minutes is NO joke!
