  • RIP DUKE OF LOUISVILLE!

  • His voice lives on in my memory...

  • I love you Bill and you are truly missed

  • RIP to the Duke of Louisville.

  • To put it simply, Bill was THE BEST at what he did. No one did it better. Never a dull show from The Duke. May he rest in peace.

  • Farewell to the Duke of Louisville. The kids today will never know what real radio is.

  • You will be missed Bill. Thanks for the great morning drive times, you made them tolerable.

  • R.I.P. Bill Bailey

  • Bill was my friend & we hung out at the Fishnet restaurant in Lexington. We had a lot of fun!

  • I'm 55 and I listen to Bill Bailey, before & after I got on the school bus, in the 60s when WAKY was on AM.

  • Those were the good days of radio. How good it would be if AM Radio especally if they would go back to music & fun formats & say good bye to the talk shows once & for all.

  • He was and is quite a character. I think it's nice to give him recognition for his great work. Looking at the pictures of Johnny Randolph and Bill Bailey make me realize how time has gone by.

  • Thanks for all the joy, Bill Bailey! Thanks for being you, Metaphysical Mason! Love y'all!

  • Bill Bailey once did his morning show from my kitchen - needless to say it was a blast!

  • Excellent. A reminder of better times in Louisville when radio was live and local 24-7 playing local songs that were hits here but maybe nowhere else in the country. We need to get back to that now.
