I remember this and i also remember the coliseum video intro with the cube that spun around with footage being shown on each side. It wasn't until Fall of 2007 when they focused on being a pure wrestling promotion again. As for 2010, WWE has went somewhat stale.

Yes the 90's had some good moments. But the 80's had legends. Wrestlemania 3, Hulk Hogan vs Andre the Giant. Not that the match was that great, but it was two figures that pretty much everyone in the world knew, even if you were not a wrestling fan, you knew Hogan and Andre. Plus Wrestlemania 3 still holds the indoor attendance world record for any sporting event with over 93,000 in attendance, with the main event as the main draw. Was in the Pontiac Silver dome in Pontiac Michigan in 1987.

I can't really watch it either. And you're right, it is a brilliant move to get all the money you can however you can.
