try dental floss, mix in footage, use a very old camera and put the monitor on a lazy susan ( rotating base) facing upwards and point the camera down for easy control of angles

Is there a less expensive hardware option? That video mixer looks pretty hardcore.

I just use the MX50 because I have one..
you could just as easily use a V4 and lumakey any colour onto the feedback and get the same result.
Its possible to get feedback without a mixer, you just dont have the same degree of control
