my cousin is one of the horse handlers and he does a great job with all of the horses that he has, and i also have a lot of family on the fire department, and pony penning has been going on for a long time and they have not had any problems yet.
I sure would like to see the horse handlers (wranglers) in this video exposed to natural horsemanship methods. Maybe some have but for example, I see them urging horses to move when they are already moving. Also, I see many rider's horses in this video with head bobbing and gaping mouths. This shows poor horsemanship. Is the fire department even aware of natural horsemanship methods?
i thought these were wild untamed hoarses that roamed free

@ichimich75 - that is what i thought and they do roam free but - the gather them up (not all of them) and auction them once a year.
