Nice that you can pull that weight, but there's something very wrong with your form and dynamic.
1. You jerk into the motion using your back.
2. Your back clearly doesn't remain flat throughout the pull. About 2/3rds through, you pull with your upper back in order to straighten and flatten it for the hang at the top. "Block" better and retracting your shoulder blades before lifting.
3. On your second negative from tiredness, you relax your form severely. Keep the form or let the weight drop.
I am not trying to take your part by saying this I am as objective as I can be and I think you gave a good reply by saying that one day you may become good...keep that mindset thats what makes a champ...

i don't know why,people are saying your gonna hurt yourself, that form looks pretty good to me, i don't think anyone understands that if you are dead lifting for a "back" exercise then you have to incorporate your more of your back then legs and hamstrings, you your doing dead's for overall exercise you space you feet out more and drive with your with your legs. so i think your form is great and keep it up man

Only first two plates are rubber..still 45lbs..just a little bigger so other plates load easier..No BS..here.
