what side of the spillway is this?

this is the east side, near the recreation area. Last time I check, a good portion of the trail is under water due to the Mississippi River high water stage. This video was also taken during the winter months, so everything look open.

nah, your not going to be able to dirt bike on the spillway trail. There is a dirt bike track right there in the area, but not that great.
