I am Man's biggest fan. I love Martin and his sense of humour. Micky is the best guitarist EVER, Deke is great, Terry is one of the best drummers ever.
Anyway - sorry, I don't get the rock drumming or the guitars. It's not Man. I know it is officially but to be honest I went off them about the time of the Twang Dynasty. I loved the German album from the mid 80s.
The mad thing about this is they now sound like a modern band! They could probably give these young bands a run for their money!
I have a friend who wonders why the early Man stuff I play for him sounds way under produced. He likes Man but likes the heavy of Zep, Purple, Jeff Beck Group, the Clive Bunker Tull. I guess here's one way to look at it fused somewhat together. They are a young band - with pops Ace at the helm!
God bless Martin Ace, he went through a very bad patch with the booze, but who'd have thought here is leading the Man band through the next incarnation. God bless him. Keep the faith
Long-standing Man crowd pleaser lives on in the latest incarnation of the band. Great. 'Filmic' as Martin says; well e almost says in his usual self-effacing way. But most Man numbers are filmic, 'specially The Ride and the View, Hard way to Die... Romain. Wonderful that you can still hear these masterpieces live, eh? (Just a small crit. I could have done with a shade less work on the cymbals. Though this may have sounded just right live, in the room. Who am I to judge anyway?)
What the smeg is up with all you Youtubers...310 of you have watched and no doubt enjoyed this clip and yet there is still only one comment...amazing. The Manband deserve a damn site better than that ..shame on all of you!!!!!!
miss Terry on drums tho...... Man's loss was Dire Straits gain I suppose

Well I'll comment by saying this is 5 stars or better like so much of Man's music. Very nicely produced with some superb camera angles
