@ria10shine i can raise it by several millimeters to a centimeter, which is quite significant for the nose. yes, it is a 2 step procedure with the touch up coming 3 to 4 weeks after the initial one. temporary is about $1000 and permanent is about $2000

@iameutan there are temporary fillers (Radiesse, Perlane) and permanent fillers (Artefil) available. I usually start with a temporary one and then when that goes away after a year, switch to a permanent one.

how are you positive that the filler wont shift, since you do mold it during the procedure. dos it harden or something?

@shortychika502 it doesn't harden. what happens is that within a day or two, the filler integrates into the skin. skin cells grow into the scaffolding of the filler and anchor it in place.

i'm not sure what you mean by wanting to get a long nose thinner. if you mean wanting to slim down a thick nose, then yes, it is possible, but requires several treatments, spaced about 3 weeks apart.

i have done well over 1000 of these procedures, and i have never seen evidence that Radiesse, Artefill or Perlane ever moves.

I find it interesting that asian eyes are suposedly (I hesitate to use the word) slit like because it reduces the sun affecting them and they cant use sunglasses because there is not enough of a bridge on their nose... It makes you wonder what evolution has in store for us in the future?

do you ever do this procedure with asian males? i'd like to make my bridge taller and more projection at the tip. but i don't want to have a dainty nose. would like a stronger nose..also what is the price for the proc?

yes, i do this on asian guys all the time. the results are subtle, so no one is going to know you had anything done, but really effective. raising the bridge and increasing tip projection are two of the most common requests for asian men doing this procedure.

hi, the duration of effect depends on what filler is used. if we use radiesse, it lasts for 10 to 12 months. if we use artefill, the effect is permanent, although it takes several touch up sessions to build it up.

how many mls did you inject? and what does it feel like after theinjection? I read on the net, the cons for injecting in this area is the obstruction of the nasal path preventing/discomfort from breathing...

i used about 0.7 cc - so less than 1 ml. you really do not need much to achieve the effect. after the injection it doesn't hurt - the radiesse fells just like skin. it is not hard and you really do not feel it in there at all. whoever wrote what you were reading has no understanding of this procedure. i am injecting under the skin and above the bone. the breathing passages are below the bone. this procedure has zero impact on breathing.
