majority of ppl have those shoulders for hit, and the throwing wpn for running away and throwing it... its a good tactic and dont wanna wait 3secs for ur guy to shoot a bow

I question... why does every twink have Stained Shadowcraft spaulders, as maxed, when they can have the BoA one... and why does ppl use throat piercer instead of BoA bow :)

Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders have hit rating on and is a really good peice of gear to get soft capped, throat pierciers are faster than the bow so are used to keep other rogues in stealth and to interupt bandages, as shown in this video
