  • Thank u so much for this!!! I just recently hurt a quote "nothing taste as good as skinny feels"

    - there are things that are healthy that taste better then cookies & junk but our brain tells us they are not good I will think about this every time I go to eat junk! Thanks again

  • Very well articulated.

  • wow, I really enjoyed this!

  • "One of the things i wanna do now is i wanna get rid of the cookie image out of your mind for a second" First thought was good luck with that lol

  • I agree, the subconscious mind only understands clear images. If the image is clear, it manifests.

  • Very good point about your image not being clear and the feelings missing.

  • See Yourself as you want to be. If you can visualize it, you can bring it into Being. And what speeds up the process is how you feel while you are doing it. How are you going to feel when you have your dream body? THis is where to focus.

  • nothing taste as good as thin feels.

  • @freedomseekerchd88 yeah....except donuts.

  • What about a dream face?

  • @fckgml0000000 Very GOOD question

  • loooooooooooooooool FAT PEOPLE no matter what u think ur STILL FAT LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

  • Xese mas vre Mitso..

  • great message !

  • I loooove your videos

  • Thank you very much. :)

  • this is a great video

  • hvala

  • You have a lovely voice : ) Great video!

  • kittybookitty: I think you'll find 'losing weight for health reasons' is a really weak motivator for 90% of people. The idea is once you get to the weight you want, you set a new challenge. It should never 'get old'. You're either growing or dying, baby.

  • When people lose weight for "looking thin" or "to get attention" they never keep it off. Because when the newness of thin or the attention wears off or gets old, that person is still hungry for validation. But losing weight for health reasons is what keeps that person healthy and at a normal weight. "Nothing looks as good as thin feels"<<<<< HATE IT. Thin doesn't look so good when your old, toothless, gray and wrinkled. LOOKS fade honey. But health is what gives you long life.

  • @ Kittybookitty: He said "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels", not "nothing looks as good as thin feels". So basically he was saying that thin FEELS good and that that is a good motivator, not that you have to be drop-dead gorgeous for the rest of your life and that your looks will never fade. ;)

  • Thanks

  • @kittybookitty We live in a superficial society, so that initially may be enough to prompt one to take action. Wanting to be more attractive is a powerful motivator

. But as time progresses, and the novelty wears off, then it becomes more about sustaining a certain lifestyle. As new habits become ingrained, you start to feel better in general. Your whole quality of life is enhanced. Many people then start to focus more on health, which is of the utmost importance.

  • you have unlocked the subconcious amazing thankyou.

  • @charlesking01 the subconscious is powerful :)

  • this is wonderful!!! ^_^ very very helpful!!! i subscribed! thanks for this vid! :D

  • Wow! I never looked at it the way you presented it. You are the best!! I suscribed to your channel.

  • thank you soo much when you first showed the cookie I was realy close to going out and getting on but when you put things into perspective you realy helped me thank you so much

  • It was all good until hes like "think of a cookie" for some reason that made me crack up.

  • This guy is awesome man

    ILOVEYOU

    =D

  • wow man your video are amazing and im feeling better already :)

  • Great video. It exercises the power your mind can has over your body. Just visualizing yourself the way you want to be can have a big impact on you and your actions, I've noticed that after watching this video and I go to grab a cookie, sometimes it's hard to fight the urge and cookies can quickly blanket the image of your dream body but if you're persistant it really does work, just imaging yourself thin can actually attribute to being thin :)

  • I absolutely love this video!! It is Awesome!

  • I visualize my body (six-pack, muscular) every night when I go to sleep. I feel more comfortable in my body now. And when I work out, it feels good. My six-pack is already showing.

  • does it really work As I was watching I felt better, but my motivation fades quickly and I work at a fast good restaurant

  • It dosen't really take much...because you're not doing anything except using your mind.

Athletes do it all the time to improve their performance.

  • yea this was a niffty trick i came up with along time ago and it gave me my perfect body even if your not fat or anything butt if you want that sculpted body do ass he says see your goal even when the going gets tuff youll see its inofe modivation then anything also if theres a special girl or guy in mind those as well help alote that helped me
