ive seen some idiots comparing gta4 to prototype but if you could have use 100% of your surroundings in gta it wouldnt have looked that detailed keep that in mind and the framerate from prototype never fails even when its sometimes so chaotic that there are 50 people and so around you i think they have done a good job and i love this game

agreed. i own a 360 and played a ps3 i think that a ps3 is more reliable in not overheating but in everyother way the xbox 360 is wayyyy better. the online play is dominant, the exclusives kick ass, and the controllers are better!

iv had both these games and this was really fun but to me had too much problems infamous was agian really fun and the story was better and not enywere near as many problems the only thing i miss is the phyics!

this is the perfect review of prototype, my thoughts were exactly the same at the start of the game when your stripped of your powers it isnt that good, but then as i progressed, the game got better and better as i upgraded my powers.
I don't like it when you blow up a hive or base and the crappy explosion happens were the building just breaks apart. It would have been ok I guess if it would not zoom in on it like they were proud of rushing an explosion you see over and over in the game. What happened to Alex's sister?
I liked the story but afterwards doing the events was the most annoying thing I have attempted on a video game in awhile. Most of them take multiple attempts to try to get the gold ranking. I felt that the challenges showed some of the games flaws.
For instance, an event requires you to drive a take and get a certain score. There are tanks and soldiers that get you points. The targeting system ALWAYS wants to lock onto the soldiers, leaving you helpless to other tanks

I see graphics as one of the least important factors of a game. Yes you can die rather quickly, but it depends on what your fighting, if your taking on the infected then they do a substantial amount of damage, the military aren't as challenging but it large numbers they can hurt you.

That is true, I mentioned that because their was alot of confusion as to wether or not the game had Co-op. If your not totally convinced by it then it would be best to rent it.

iv had both these games and this was really fun but to me had too much problems infamous was agian really fun and the story was better and not enywere near as many problems the only thing i miss is the phyics!

SpaghettyGuy...halo3 sucked. OK, I hate halo fanboys. And killzone one was pretty epic, but I've never played the second one. When I get a ps3, I will. Fanboys ruin arguments about games always. It always goes from gameplay...to graphics...to fanboyism.
And i'm a pc guy, so i miss out on a lot of the cool stuff, but i don't diss consoles.

im not arguing, I just hate when people talk trash about games they did'nt play. Also, im okay with people being loyal to their console but there is no reason insult the rival console because they can't play the other consoles games and they just want to be on the winning side.

KZ2 got a score of 9.4 compared to halo 3 9.5 :3 halo 3 is got to have the best flow of DLC and to start an argument off with Anal Rape is Dergatory, Mag is bad,
uncharted SUCKS
REstitence is BAD
MGS4 is great but im not going to choose the ps3 over 1 Game

are you retarded MAG hasnt even released yet so u cant gudge it, resistance and Uncharted are amazing and KZ2 is better than Halo 3, I dont give a damb what you say. The only game you have that we ant beat (like genre wise) is left for dead and were getting that soon anyhow. both resistance and uncharted got 5/5 xplay rating and so did LBP, KZ2, MGS4 AND INFAMOUS, HALO WARS got a 4. Heavy rain will kill alan wake and Mag (hopefully) wont have super lag and will pwnazourousrex

Can you use vehicles? Ive seen how you drove that tank, but, can you get inside a nromal car? inside the helicopter? Its a really sadic game and with lots of blood and this shit? I love thi kind of games... please answer :)

your games different thats wierd your y button to hijack is located in the bottom o.o mines is on the top. and i dont get hit that much when i hijack. it takes me like 4-5 seconds

this is the perfect review of prototype, my thoughts were exactly the same at the start of the game when your stripped of your powers it isnt that good, but then as i progressed, the game got better and better as i upgraded my powers.

I don't like it when you blow up a hive or base and the crappy explosion happens were the building just breaks apart. It would have been ok I guess if it would not zoom in on it like they were proud of rushing an explosion you see over and over in the game. What happened to Alex's sister?

I liked the story but afterwards doing the events was the most annoying thing I have attempted on a video game in awhile. Most of them take multiple attempts to try to get the gold ranking. I felt that the challenges showed some of the games flaws.
For instance, an event requires you to drive a take and get a certain score. There are tanks and soldiers that get you points. The targeting system ALWAYS wants to lock onto the soldiers, leaving you helpless to other tanks

Nice review! Glad to see someone who doesn't dwell too much graphic wise, but focuses on the most important part: Gameplay. I heard all these losers who say that you could die in a few hits is that true? Anyway, Great game and awesome review!

I see graphics as one of the least important factors of a game. Yes you can die rather quickly, but it depends on what your fighting, if your taking on the infected then they do a substantial amount of damage, the military aren't as challenging but it large numbers they can hurt you.

uuuum feral, I dont mean to correct u or something but thats what "Parktour" means, it jumps over anything while you dont have to do anything, its actually the best idea ive seen in a while. trust me if they had done it manually then you would wish they have done the automatic parktour

That is true, I mentioned that because their was alot of confusion as to wether or not the game had Co-op. If your not totally convinced by it then it would be best to rent it.

i picked up this game the day it came out here after more than a year of following it and i have to say i found that it was fantastic
the main story isnt very long but when i finish it im definately going to play it over with different approaches to gameplay
