A fantastic piece ! A kaleidoscope of sounds, images and creativity, beautifully engineered. Music fiction ? Karen's telecaster contributes to the mood. Alex.
This is so awesome! Watching again. I love the way the viewer has to find their own meaning... you don't hit them over the head. The Rorschach ink blot method -- which is what the universe is. WE have to find the meaning.
Your mini-essay below is wonderful, too. I printed it out to hang on to. Yes, Barthes is interesting.
Wow, Jeremy, this is breathtaking! It IS very professional -- as though supporting the release of an album. I want the mp3! ^_^
You might have some copyright problems with The Mouse over Snow White, as they are known to be anal in that department.
I've been cleaning house, and going through my mid 90s trip hop collection. I'm a slow adopter of new tech, and so most of them are on audio cassettes, lol, yeesh. I love your influences: Portishead, Morcheeba, Hooverphonic, Massive Attack. A+++

Some trip hop tracks I recommend:
"Last Night," by Lush.
"The Whole is Equal to the Sum of its Parts," Grantby Remix, by Ruby.
"Stars," by Dubstar.
