the light wont go green. put your rudder trim on the handset in the middle. then put your rudder servo arm in the middle and then plug your heli battery in. dont move the heli until it stops playing a tune and beeping
The gyro light doesn't actually turn green on the king 2 it kind of flashes thousands of times so it just looks solid, try rotating your helicopter as if you are giving it some rudder and if the tail servo counteracts with the movement the gyro is working properly. ;)
On the king 2 the gyro light doesn't go green it just goes into a kind off solid red state flashing thousands of times, try rotating your heli as if you were giving it some rudder and if the servo counteracts with your movement the gyro is working. ;)
Are all of the trims on the transmitter centered, specifically the rudder trim? If it's not centered when you plug in the battery it will not initialize the gyro and the tail servo will not work.
Also, the gyro on mine never turns green, it flashes when it's initializing and then turns solid red when it's ready.
please help me!!! my gyro just blinking and the servo not move!!!

If you look at the servo you can clearly see that it moves just a little bit when the gyro is ready. Just up and go!

I did not hear any beeps or tunes on this thing after I plug in the battery, thanks for the tip though.

my king2 played a tune and beeped. mine is the brushless version and i just noticed yours isnt. hope you sort it

The LED on the gyro doesn't have to get GREEN!
If it doesn't go Green then it should be SOLID RED.
If so, you can fly!

The light is not supposed to change colour.
It changes from red flashing to red solid.

This is not a problem with the Gyro its a writup mistake.
The light flashes red and then has to stay steady red to be ok. If it stays red steady and still no servo motion then there is a problem.
