Don't go there if you want to relax! You'll find that there are not enough chairs by the pool, screaming kids everywhere, and lousy service seems to be the theme of this "world class resort". What a disappointment! The membership program is a total rip-off and Gail Gentry is a lying bitch.
idk if this is the one in maui because it dosent have those steps it has a fishpond hers a lol story i went to the wishing well where you have to throw a penny in the clam to win and i got mad and threw the penny on its head
There is just something so special about Maui. I just got back from Kaanapali where I stayed at the Westin Resort & Spa. A++++

I love this place, its just so idk zen feeling. I love how when you drive in you just think w0Wwzers! ive been 5 times i go every christmass to meet up with my family which is 36 ppl that live across the country its the best place to meet up....THE POOL ROX!
My wife and I bought a 2 bedroom villa right next door at the Wailea Beach Villas. I loved the Grand Wailea when we stayed, the service was impeccable, however there were so many snotty kids, and guests who just had this ego-driven nature, I loathed. Be happy, and releaxed. You get to stay somewhere where most people only dream of. Count your blessings.
