Yes, the whipped cream is ok and about the biscuits choose any simple and dry biscuits.

I have made the tiramisu and it is delicious so this time I want to made this lemon cake and for the cream can I use the light cream?
No, because if you want to make your own whipped cream, it's not possible.
For this recipe I use 30% fat liquid cream.
If you want absolutely to use light cream then you have to buy already prepared light whipped cream.

For the lemon cake I use dry sweet cookies!
That's almost like a lemon cream tiramisu! I wonder if those "biscuits" are the European digestive cookies...
