  • the exorcist is the scariest for me when i watched that film i was 10 and when i went to bed i tought that devils were all around me so that is the scaryest movie in my life

  • lol , blumpkin head .

  • cannibal holocaust isn't scary....

  • Your list is pretty good but you should have the top slashers in that list....how can you have the entity and beyond the door in the top 10 and not have what sould be number 1 and number 2, Halloween and Friday the 13th???? Not sure that you have been following horror very long

  • You want scary? Try cannibal holocaust

  • I watched #7 the other day. It wasnt scary, i found it well funny! I liked jack

  • @HellGirlie007 None of these movies are scary, people think because they are classics, they are good. By comparison these movies are laughable. I never got why people did that, don't make a list if it's completely inaccurate.

  • @ymorales78211 actually they are not based on real events they are in style of false documentary horror films

  • @gamemastershit Cannot say for some movies in there, but Amityville actually is based on true events, may they have happened or not. I don't know if it makes the movie scarier, I found it quite suspenseful, but that about was it...

  • 4:43 Edward Cullen . !!!!!!!!! bahahahahaha

  • The Amityville Horror was a hoax, as both of the Lutz came clean years after they cleaned up all of the movie and book royalties. Their divorce was a messy one and all children stated over and over again that it never happened. One even sued his former former step father for emotional damage. George Lutz later recanted his admittance of the hoax and started a website and touring the country at horrorcons.

The Entity is the only movie that had any basis in fact.

  • Texas Chainsaw Massacre was not based on "actual true events" Toby Hooper used that as a promotional gimmick. The character of Leather Face was very inspired by Ed Gein, but that was as close as it got.

  • ehm... was solln das

  • where was silent hill... oh wait that isnt scary and neither are any of these(maybe the exorcist)

  • @angrymidget626 oh wait..you probably never knew that good horror movies dont consist of being "scary" dipshit

  • @99poisonivy he is real

  • Isn't the taxas chainsaw massacre real?

  • @99poisonivy No, it was a marketing ploy. It is based on many different things. 1) Serial killer Ed Gein. 2) A story a doctor friend of Director Toby Hooper once told him, about skinning a cadavars face off, drying it, and wareing it to a Halloween party. 3) An idea Toby Hooper had, while shopping at Montgomery Wards. He was having a panic attack as people where closing in around him, saw the chainsaws, and thought how he could get the people away from him real quick if he started one up!

  • @detrius82 Lol that comment was a month ago
