isn't that too much wrist motion and way too early of the wrist cock? it might works well on the wedges but will be very difficult for the long iron....

It is intended as a joke - note the smiley face after the name "one piece swing".
The truth is that I can full shots pretty well with this swing - the wedge are the problem, FWIW.
