This is an aria that should be sung with more nuance&mezza voce like Bjorling,Lauri Volpe,Di Stefano,Gigli or the gifted "spinto Pertile" but not in full voice from beginning to end as it is sung here.
Absolutely wonderful. Nobody can hold a candle to Domingo! And we´re so fortunate that he´s still going strong with a voice that´s hardly dropped in spite of his age. It´s nothing less than amazing

No es un aria para él...sino para tenores líricos, al menos eso es lo que yo creo. Prefiero a Pavarotti en este caso.
