Can't agree with you more... Guy Laliberte isn't bad but it turns out he is lucky with his hands as it has been pointed out by Mister Fahra on the previous episode.

If I had to play like them (wish i had half a million...), I'd like to be able to play like Negreanu or Antonius. Quite safe bets. M. Fahra's way of betting is really really tough and you need a good instinct to play like him (cf season 5 when he looses 2 times all his chips).
Obviosly, if you are talking about cash game, the best of the guys seen at hihg stakes is sammy farha. Antonio plays often too tight, looks sometimes as if he is afraid of losing big pots. Gambling and protecting hands like sammy does is the best way to win in cash games. No question, that there are a lot of better (tournament) poker players.
Well yes and no, look what happens in season 5 + they play really weird hands all the time because it's a TV Show, i am not sure they play "10 7" as often as they do here...just for the show you know....

Daniel Negreanu is a verrrrry bad player, who can sometimes read situations well, but still call off 50.000 with a bad hand. Well, if you can read so well, you should use it and not waste it.
Antonio Esfandiari is a genius! At around 25.15 when Sammy folded Daniel's all-in he says: 8's are good, not only saying Da niels hand spot on but also knowing that Sammy didnt have anything.......fantastic!

This is something I just realized- he may not be the best player there, but Sammy is, by far, the most important player there. What I mean is that no matter what hand he is in, Sammy is dominating every hand- each player keys in on Sammy and rarely on any other player in the hand. Sammy just oozes importance on every hand he is in. He, more often than not, controls the pot, controls the betting, Hell he even controls how many times they run it. I have to say, Sammy just demands respect.
Farha likes to gamble, likes to be in the action when he has it, or not. He is also a showman, the camera loves him, no doubt about it, but doesnt have the skills like Daniel or Doyle.

Can't agree with you more... Guy Laliberte isn't bad but it turns out he is lucky with his hands as it has been pointed out by Mister Fahra on the previous episode.
Although he lost a lot against M. Brunson.
If I had to play like them (wish i had half a million...), I'd like to be able to play like Negreanu or Antonius. Quite safe bets. M. Fahra's way of betting is really really tough and you need a good instinct to play like him (cf season 5 when he looses 2 times all his chips).

Obviosly, if you are talking about cash game, the best of the guys seen at hihg stakes is sammy farha. Antonio plays often too tight, looks sometimes as if he is afraid of losing big pots. Gambling and protecting hands like sammy does is the best way to win in cash games. No question, that there are a lot of better (tournament) poker players.

You're absolutely right.
Daniel Negreanu is a verrrrry bad player, who can sometimes read situations well, but still call off 50.000 with a bad hand. Well, if you can read so well, you should use it and not waste it.

Antonio Esfandiari is a genius! At around 25.15 when Sammy folded Daniel's all-in he says: 8's are good, not only saying Da niels hand spot on but also knowing that Sammy didnt have anything.......fantastic!

Yea Doyles oldschool play is so bad thats why he is up a lot in this series and Daniel is stuck for a large amount. Doyle isnt great to watch but its the results that count.

This is something I just realized- he may not be the best player there, but Sammy is, by far, the most important player there. What I mean is that no matter what hand he is in, Sammy is dominating every hand- each player keys in on Sammy and rarely on any other player in the hand. Sammy just oozes importance on every hand he is in. He, more often than not, controls the pot, controls the betting, Hell he even controls how many times they run it. I have to say, Sammy just demands respect.

Farha likes to gamble, likes to be in the action when he has it, or not. He is also a showman, the camera loves him, no doubt about it, but doesnt have the skills like Daniel or Doyle.
