Hmmm, interesting, to the man who is mocking Todd, how many people have YOU lead to Christ????????? Not enough I take it because you wont even show your face...
Nowhere does the Bible say, that the AntiChrist will do the 'greatest miracles' ever seen. yes, lying signs but he will not be able to do thing that are soley Divine. he cannot Raise the dead or create (See magicians response to Moses turning dust to lice / mites) they said: 'that's the finger of God' - demons cannot create.
But I also agree that the message of Hill, Reidhead, Wilkerson and Ravenhill is far more frutiful in a move of God, than talk of paranormal. But that does not disprove TB.
I'm not trying to disprove TB. I'm trying to get people to turn back to Jesus and his redeeming work rather than focusing on things that lead not to repentance and eternal life.
In front of 1000s of people, we saw a boy's face reconstructed, his mom even verified it. For those people who say "Where is the medical verification," It's hard to believe they put more trust in a Doctor than Jesus. We saw it! You critics who never went to the revival, didn't see it, yet somehow your experts on casting doubt. The medical verification is there on Todd's website for anyone to see, but it won't matter, like it didn't matter to the Religious elite in Jesus day when the Blind saw.
I've been to many revivals and many false revivals and that is why it is easy to distinguish between someone like Reidhead, Stephen Hill, Ravenhill, Wilkerson and someone like Hinn or Bentley.
The standard is never signs or wonders because the anti-christ will perform the greatest miracles you've ever seen. The standard is God's word and Todd Bentley discredits himself by having the spirit of a blasphemer on his ministry, claiming Abraham wrote Hebrews, saying angels burned his room
Todd said that the room where he saw the angels, 2 hours later was burned, but I don't recall him saying that the Angels burnt his room.
Again, there are so many false shepherds out there, did God really send you to accuse Todd? Your testimony of Todd might be a little stronger if you actually went to the revival.
Ps. Jesus said, "now that they've seen the miracles, they have no excuse for their sin" so there is some accountability for people who claim healing are false, like the Pharisees.
If what you say is true, it is the single most important event in Human recorded history...a verifiable "Miracle"!!!!! Proof in the existance of GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!
(so, please tell me, why wasn't this story, if true, on the front cover of every newspaper in the world, and every television station in the world?....)
Before you reply, I need to inform you that I am , in fact, a Christian myself...but I refuse to accept non-rational hysteria...
a PHARASE is one who witnesses a blind man see, and all they can say is "Give glory to God, but we know this man is a sinner."
I was there, we witnessed 1000s being healed, and all some people can say is some biblical sounding accusation! Other people claim the devil is healing, here is some deep theology, "God good, devil bad." Let's clarify, a skeptic is someone who won't believe until he sees, (like Thomas), a unbeliever is someone who doesn't believe even after they see, like the PHARASES.
I'm not sure what a PHARASE is, but a pharisee is someone who is a religious hypocrite who loves the law but hates the law Giver.
A believer in Jesus Christ is someone who obeys His word and tests everything and judges the brothers within the church by the standard of the word, just as the Bible tells us to.
A fool is someone who will accept anything without testing it against the Word of God. A perverse generation is one like yours that seeks signs over the shed blood of the lamb.
If you were so spiritual, then you would remember that Jesus said "if you call your brother raca (fool) your in danger of hell fire"
Test everything with scripture, that's good, you're ignoring 1000s of miracles, and you call that biblical, because you disagree with the origin. Maybe God should get your approval before He allows such healing to occur.
I guess Paul was in danger of hell for saying, "You foolish Galatians," because they accepted false doctrine. Oh, but wait, God used Paul to write those words. 1000's of healings right? Again, where is the medical verification?
I wouldn't call Todd Bentley that, I'd just say that he's deluded and needs to repent and fall on the rocks because he's on some sinking sand theology right now.
People who have made fun/judged this revival have gotten in hot wata!!!
I heard alot of stuff on that, in my own city! (pastors etc) And they just spoke out against it on a pulpit. You are mocking the Holy spirit! Whether or not you agree with whats going on, thats wrong. So if what you are doing is right then you should be fine.
Thats not scare tactics, it's just like, God is God, and he can do whatever he wants.
Dr. George O Wood, the head of the A/G spoke out against it too, as have 1000s of solid men of God. Nothing bad will happen to them, as they are following their God-ordained right to judge brothers within the body according to the Scriptures.
This joke of a video is meant to draw people into conversation. Mocking the Holy Spirit is one thing, mocking a phony who is deceived by demonic spirits is another thing. Neither of us would dare to mock the Spirit of God, but the lying spirits yes.
If anyone comes close to blaspheming the Holy Spirit it's Bentley. The nerve of that guy to say that God told him to knee, kick, leg drop people. Who is the one mocking God? Yes, God can do whatever he wants, but He doesn't do things that contradict His Word. Jesus commands his disciples to be gentle as doves (Matthew 10:16). John the Baptist told the soldiers to do no violence to any man (Luke 3:14), so Bentley contradicts the Word.
These guys don't really know God like they should. They mock what they don't understand. We know the Todd Bentley is a man of God. That is why God has given him a bigger voice than his critics. It's called God TV. Critics of Todd Bentley are little known and have very little influence anywhere. Even in their own hometowns, they accomplish nothing.
You may want to try reading the Word of God instead of the extreme prophetic newsletters because this video is meant to draw attention to the extra-Biblical anti-Christian New Age beliefs that Todd Bentley is pushing onto his followers.
your crap isn't the beliefs of Todd Bentley or anyone who believes that the revival is real! I'm not a "follower" of Todd Bentley, I'm a follower of Jesus and he happens to be showing up at this revival, working through Todd Bentley...
Yeah, according to Todd Jesus is entering into people's bodies just like a demonic spirit so you must be right about Jesus being there.
Healings, signs and wonders aren't a symbol that Christ is present. New Age, occultism, hinduism, buddhists, etc.. all claim thousands of healings. The Word of God even mentions false healings in the end times (ie: matt 24:24, mark 13:22)
If people were being pointed to Jesus (not angels/supernatural) less people would have issues with the weird stuff.
People are being pointed to Jesus. If that's what we're debating then there's no question because Todd mentions angels and supernatural things, yes; but he constantly thanks Jesus and says that without him none of these amazing things would be possible.
The problem is that people are being pointed to Jesus primarily as the "healer" instead of Jesus as Savior and Lord. Just as in Jesus' day, many people will follow Jesus to be healed, but turn away when he talks about repentance and giving up your life and taking up the cross.
Of course Jesus heals, but are people being truly regenerated in these meetings or do they just want to get their temporary physical ailments alleviated without life change? I hope it is the former.
Todd isn't focusing only on healings. People are getting saved becuase they are seeing who Jesus is. They are seeing that he loves his people and wants to heal them. I can only hope that people truly do change their lives and find out more about who Jesus and God are after they leave, but Todd can't do 2 things at once, and right now, God is telling him to pray for healing. The rest is up to the people who get saved. We have free will. No one can make them repent and keep their lives changed.
"Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."[f] 14How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
If you can only do one thing it should ALWAYS be to win souls- that should be any true believer's no. 1 priority!
God would rather see 10,000 sick, poor, paralytics who have repented of their sin and believe on Jesus Christ and focused on His atonement then 10,000 people who have no physical defect going to hell for all of eternity.
Sometimes our suffering is exactly what we need to lead us to Christ and sometimes it is sent by God himself (ala Job). We should learn to embrace God's sovereignty in the midst of suffering or we'd have no Joseph's. The Lord does heal but His no. 1 priority is our eternity
God doesn't send suffering. He didn't make Job suffer. He allowed Job to suffer, but the story is clear, he allowed satan to test Job, but he didn't send Job suffering.
God wants to heal his people. OF course he wants them to repent and be saved- that is happening! people are being saved and I'm sure being convicted and repenting too!
just because Job blamed God doesn't mean he was right... in the beginning of Job satan and God have a conversation and God gives satan permission because satan said that Job didn't really love God; however the point is, God doesn't CAUSE suffering, he allows it, but loves to heal his people.
You obviously didn't read the passages I sent you, as it is undeniable in Scripture that God sends plagues, sickness, poverty, famine, and even death. He told His people to kill men women and children, and it is shown time and time again throughout Scripture.
If God didn't cause our suffering but only allowed it then He would be impotent, not omnipotent. God causes suffering so that we may avoid eternal hell- Satan didn't convince God to attack Job, God convinced Satan- read the text.
pointed to a FALSE JESUS, not the true Jesus. Bentley is no more leading people to the true Christ then are Roman Catholics, or Muslims or Hindus or dozens of other gospels who all believe in A jesus of one sort or another they say is the Biblical Jesus too.
no, he's pointing them to the biblical Jesus, the one that our Bibles talk about, the one he teaches about. and protestants came from Catholic church, so although all of their beliefs aren't right, they do still teach about the Jesus in the Bible. And muslims don't teach about a Jesus at all, they rely only on the hope that ishmael was the supposed to be the annointed son by God. If Todd is teaching from the Bible and healing in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, he cannot be from Satan
Fireball, please listen to Paul Washer's "Shocking Message" or David Wilkerson's "They Have Done Away With The Cross" here on youtube. They preach the Christ of the Bible.
Todd is preaching a utilitarian humanist Christ who lives to serve us and exists to bring us glory. These men of God preach the Biblical Christ who suffered the wrath of God to bring God glory- listen and you'll see the difference.
As far as Islam, they preach Christ as well, as He is one of their prophets.
You are very ignorant and blinded fireball. Go learn Christian history and study beliefs from other gospels and religions for a couple decades then come back and see if you are still so ignorant of the differences between beliefs of the world and so called churches and what happened throughout history in the last 2000 years.
Until then repent or keep helping Bentley to bring people into hell through damnable false christs and false gospels.
Amen brother! It's good to see fellow believers who aren't taken in by the latest "Christian" fads, but can see through those that preach another gospel.
Judging him is exactly what the Word of God tells us to do, you may want to pick up the Bible instead of Todd Bentley's newsletters. We are called to judge false prophets and called to judge other believers.
If it takes pretending to be him in order to draw attention to his false claims then so be it.

Why do you need to read the website since I can know from Scripture that the Holy Spirit doesn't tell people to do violence to others as the means of revival or healing. Instead of pointing people to websites, you should be pointing them to the Word of God.

John 7:24, 1 Corinthians 2:15, 1 Corinthians 10:15, 1 Peter 4:17, 1 Thessalonians 5:21.
The Bereans judged Paul and Simon judged Christ and Christ said he was right for doing so! (Luke 7:43).
Suprising that people who claim to be believers know so little about the Word of God.
The old-time Pentecostals were true Bereans who would've thrown a wolf like TB out on the street!

God didn't just allow Satan, He is the one who chose Job to suffer and gave Satan authority to attack him. Job even credits God with his suffering
Judges 9:23- God sent an evil spirit.

2 Corinthians 7:9- God caused their sorrow
1 Peter 3:17- God willed for suffering.
1 Peter 4:19- suffered according to God's will
Hosea 6:1- God tore them up and wounded them.
ROMANS 5:3-5 We are called to rejoice in our sufferings.

Satan can quote Bible verses too, but the question is, can Bentley quote verses in the right context?

YOu may want to try reading 1 Corinthians 5:12-13, John 7:24, 1 Corinthians 2:15, 1 Corinthians 6:5, Hebrews 4:12.
As long as our standard is the Word of God and the judgment is within the church, not unbelievers, then we are indeed called to judge.
You may want to take a moment to wipe the dust off your Bible, put down the Bentley newsletters and look up those verses.
Btw- If his newsletters contain 2+ verses of scripture they already have more verses than his sermons.
