It's not a break it's a LAYOFF. Those are bad for training if you didnt know. Yeah they have half an hour to work out in the morning. Without equipment. But it's more like try not to get to fat while you're out time than get big and strong for football time.

All of the men come back from "missions" and are two years older or so... this means that the entire team has trained for much longer.
