at the Hamagawa Lodge intersection next to Lion's Mansion they've built a 19 storied condo complex called Ultore, in 2010 there were over 30% unsold vacancies ,

after the 3/11 earthquake it's 95% sold, so many Japanese mainlanders (naicha's) decided to buy, holding company of Lions Mansion group is Daikyo, their sales office is in Tokyo, Yoyogi, are obviously after Naicha money and getting it.

Wish I could go back to Okinawa! Can't remember if I was banned for 10 years or for life.......Maybe I just had to tell them when I would be there.

I have heard the party atmosphere was something fierce back in the day.

Sadly it was not because of the party atmosphere..... I had the bad accident that happened in 1996. I wish that day would have never happened!

Lost? Not really. Everything is pretty close together. Camp Foster, Camp Lester, Kadena AB, Futenma MCAS, and Camp Kinser are all right off of Hwy 58. And being an Island, after a certain amount of time, you should come right around to where you started ;-)
